Payment
# We must receive full payment of goods before they are dispatched. When a cheque is used for payment, 5 working days must be allowed from the date we put the cheque into the bank, regardless of cheque type. # Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Delivery
# Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. # Delivery will be carried out by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. # Any damages or shortages must be notified within 3 working days of goods being received. # All purchases are subject to stock availability. # Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation procedure
# Canceling an order before payment has been taken will incur no costs. # If goods are not faulty then the purchaser will pay for the return of goods by insured courier. If goods are faulty, we will cover the return postage. # To cancel an order send an email with the subject “CANCEL MY ORDER”. # If goods have been in any way altered from the condition it was sent out then cancellation will not be possible. # Your statutory rights remain unaffected Our contractual agreement starts when you receive a personalised confirmation email from us. If there has been a mistake on the site then money will be returned into the users account and an email sent explaining.
Returns and Refunds # We understand the difficulties with buying clothes online, especially finding that perfect fit, therefore we are delighted to offer an excellent returns policy where you may order an item in several sizes and return those that do not fit for a cash or credit refund. Postage will not be refunded, and we would suggest that items sent back are done so via recorded post. All items returned must meet our acceptable conditions for a refund to be processed. # For a refund or replacement to be processed we request the item be returned in a resaleable condition. That is with all tags and strengtheners, folded neatly (and not badly creased), in any supplied packaging, and with care having been taken repackaging and posting them. Suits with sewn-pockets and labels wil not be accepted if opened or removed. # Please contact us (email or phone) first to arrange the return, quoting your original order number, so we can be expecting it. State whether you would like a refund, credit, or replacement. # All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. # In the unlikely event Hunts sends the incorrect items out, we will resend your order and reimburse your postage costs upon recieving the goods. # Refunds will be processed according to how payment was made. |
