All goods, unless otherwise specified or requested will be sent via Royal Mail.

We do our best to send orders out as soon as possible, but you should be prepared to wait for up to one week.

In the event an item is not in stock we will order it from our suppliers and send it out as quickly as possible. We will contact you in this eventuality by phone or email and give you the option to cancel.

Postage is calculated by total weight of items. We do not make it difficult for you to find out how much postage will be however. Rough prices are displayed on each product page, and your current postage can always be seen by viewing the basket and clicking Check Out.

If you want expedited shipping (i.e. next day) please telephone us to make sure everything is in stock and that we are able to send it out same day.
